One of the best and most refreshing places to visit on a hot day in Honolulu, Café Glace, sits tucked in the center of Lewers Street, surrounded by a variety of delicious restaurants and unique shops. While the gelato, coffee, and pastries alone were enough reason to visit, the owners wanted a new take on their space, so they recruited District Architecture + Design. While not a large venue, District wanted to create an inviting and friendly for employee and customers alike.

Not only does Café Glace offer some of the tastiest gelato on the island of Oahu, they serve delicious coffee drinks for a morning or afternoon pick-me-up and offer gourmet sweet and savory crepes to satisfy a sweet tooth or hunger pangs. With a cozy space and some (limited) seating, it’s easy to eat inside, outside, or take your snack to go.
